Role: Design Director — from concept to completion.Â

Mountain Warehouse, a fast-growing global retailer, needed a new London headquarters to support rapid expansion and more collaborative ways of working. With no existing brief or employee requirements at the outset, I guided the client from a blank page through to a fully resolved workplace design.
Through workshops with directors, staff, and their in-house project manager, I shaped a clear brief, identified priorities, and built consensus across the leadership team. Multiple layout options were tested to give decision-makers confidence, while concept visuals and moodboards captured the culture and ambitions of the brand.
Furniture and finishes were carefully curated to balance functionality, sustainability, and brand identity. I managed all design stages, from technical drawings and contractor coordination to installation and handover, ensuring the design intent was realised in every detail.
Outcome: The completed headquarters is a dynamic, flexible, and future-proof workplace that reflects Mountain Warehouse’s growth story and culture. By leading the process end-to-end, I delivered a clear and collaborative journey, resulting in a space that met every operational requirement and exceeded expectations.Â
