Set within a historic piano factory in the heart of Kentish Town, this CAT A+ refurbishment transformed three floors into a modern, flexible workplace while retaining the building’s industrial character.

The design delivered a mix of open-plan workspaces, collaborative zones, and relaxed lounge areas, ensuring the environment supports a wide range of working styles. New tea points and kitchens were introduced to create welcoming hubs for staff, alongside WC refurbishments that brought the facilities up to contemporary standards.

Exposed beams and original architectural details were celebrated throughout, balanced with warm finishes, soft furnishings, and carefully curated lighting. The result is a workspace that feels both functional and characterful, blending modern workplace needs with the unique charm of its heritage setting.
